CG-USA is dedicated to creating a network and forum for Italian and Italian-American youth (giovani, ages 18-35) in the United States to exchange ideas and create a stronger bond – a niche that only CG-USA fills on a national level.  CG-USA coordinates the communication and efforts amongst local CG-USA groups and affiliates, resulting in a nationwide network.  By strengthening the bond amongst the giovani and furthering the organization’s work through events, projects, and meetings, CG-USA brings together passionate and dedicated young Italian and Italian-American leaders.

An apolitical, all-volunteer run organization, CG-USA works to perpetuate a positive image of young Italians and Italian-Americans.  It also works to promote the Italian language and culture in the United States and to be a resource both for giovani and our Italian/Italian-American community as a whole.  CG-USA is the only national organization that explicitly works to build a bridge between Italian-Americans and Italians living in the USA.  Creating this bond furthers our mission of promoting a contemporary view of Italy as well as the Italian language and cul ture.
